to go beyond your self, to the present moment, to the rhythms,
to the sounds, to a full, embodied experience of rhythm!

From this experience,
a profound sense of inner silence can arise,
with clarity, creativity, compassion, and joy.

This Rhythm in Action workshop offers you an opportunity
to discover being immersed in the present moment,
and taste inner silence in the midst of activity.
 

In this workshop, we will use the TaKeTiNa Rhythm Process to:

• become immersed in the present moment
• increase self awareness
• awaken natural intelligence
• discover personal freedom
• explore the roles of being passive and active

Participants will be gently guided into various "rhythm journeys" -- playful rhythm exercises that harness the intelligence of the human body to organize itself into rhythm. No previous rhythm or music experience is necessary.
